concerning your access to and use of the www.wenba.in website (hereinafter referred to as
“Website”). You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the aggregator
platform wenba, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, it governs your
use of the website and services.
By using the service you are indicating that you have read these terms & conditions and our
refund policy (as applicable) (collectively the “Agreement”) and you understand, and you
consent to be bound by, all the terms and conditions of this agreement. These terms of the

information under this Refund Policy.
Users: Refers to the users who utilize the services provided by our website, buy
products and also utilize the other unique features provided by the company website and
mentioned in detail in the terms and conditions of the Company.
Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other
device that can be used to visit the website of WENBA i.e; www.wenba.in and use the

Service: Refers to the service provided by WENBA as described within the terms and
conditions on this website. - Refund Policy:
2.1
The users visiting the website agree and understand that wenba is an aggregator
platform or marketplace wherein woman vendors or artisans, who create traditional
objects relevant to India may sell their products. They may list their products on the
website and utilize the services the platform has to offer.
2.2
Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of
which the option of exchange, replacement, and/ or refund is offered by the respective
sellers to you. Not all the products have the same return policy. Return policy is varied
for different products. Do refer to the respective items and applicable return/replacement
policy on the product page and given is the common return policy.
2.3
The user agrees that the refund policy and the duration for refunds will be as follows:

In the event return has been done after the above-mentioned time limits, the user agrees that
they shall not be eligible for receiving refunds.

The user agrees that the refund will only be initiated by the organization in the event of any of

made within one week with photographic evidence and additionaly agrees that in the event of
