These Terms and Conditions for Refund constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and WENBA (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the wenba.in website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”). You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the aggregator platform Wenba, even though it is electronic and not physically signed by you, it governs your use of the website and services. By using the service you are indicating that you have read these terms & conditions and our refund policy (as applicable) (collectively the “Agreement”) and you understand, and you consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions. These terms of the refund policy set forth your rights and obligation with respect to your use of any version of the Wenba Website.

  1. Definitions: This refund policy explains the terms referenced in this agreement:
    Company: “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Wenba, which is responsible for your information under this Refund Policy.
    Users: Individuals who utilize the services on our website, buy products, and interact with features as per Company terms.
    Device: Any internet-connected device (phone, tablet, computer) that accesses wenba.in and uses our services.
    Service: Refers to services provided by WENBA as described on the website.
  2. Refund Policy:
    2.1 Wenba is an aggregator marketplace where women vendors or artisans list and sell traditional Indian products.
    2.2 Return is a scheme offered directly by sellers. Not all products share the same return policy. Refer to the product page for details.
    2.3 Refund durations:

    • Medicines: No returns
    • Groceries: 1 week return limit
    • Others: 1 week return limit

    2.4 Returns beyond these time limits will not be eligible for refunds.

  3. Consent: Using our website, registering an account, or purchasing a product indicates your consent to our Refund Policy.
  4. Eligibility for Refund:
    4.1 Refunds will be initiated only if:

    • A different product was delivered
    • A damaged product was delivered
    • Some products are missing

    4.2 Claims must be made within one week with photographic evidence. Without it, refunds are not guaranteed.

  5. Changes to Our Policy: If we amend or update this policy, changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Service confirms your agreement. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
